Raeko TCG ships from Canby, OR (United States) on business days, Monday to Friday.

If the item that you order is in-stock, we will ship within 1-2 business days, this can vary depending on the order volume.

All orders will include tracking information for our products, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking mumber to update on the courier's website. If you do not recieve a shipping notice and tracking number, please check your SPAM folder or your search your inbox for "Raeko TCG". All shipping windows are estimates, as courier services can be impacted by delays.

Please Read before placing a Pre-Order...

When you place an order for a Pre-Order (or Back-Order) item on Raeko TCG, all additional items in your cart will be shipped together with the Pre-Order item. This means that if the Pre-Order item is set to ship in 1 month, you will need to wait for 1 month for the entire cart to be shipped. If you prefer immediate shipment for non-pre-order items, please place them in a separate cart and proceed with a separate order. It is not possible to fulfill or cancel orders partially.

Charges for Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases will be applied to your Card/PayPal at the time of purchase. While orders can be canceled before shipment, a 3% cancellation fee will be incurred. This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing fee incurred during the initial transaction.
