Pre-Order Policy

Please Read before placing a Pre-Order...

When you place an order for a Pre-Order (or Back-Order) item on Raeko TCG, all additional items in your cart will be shipped together with the Pre-Order item. This means that if the Pre-Order item is set to ship in 1 month, you will need to wait for 1 month for the entire cart to be shipped. If you prefer immediate shipment for non-pre-order items, please place them in a separate cart and proceed with a separate order. It is not possible to fulfill or cancel orders partially.

Charges for Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases will be applied to your Card/PayPal at the time of purchase. While orders can be canceled before shipment, a 3% cancellation fee will be incurred. This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing fee incurred during the initial transaction.
